Well...that time of the year where carols are played and presents are given have both come and gone.
Would I say it was pretty much the same as every other year?
No. Not at all.
For one, this is the first time in 5 years my whole family celebrated Christmas here together. That's a plus!
But somehow...personally, I felt pretty empty the days leading up to Christmas. No Christmas cheer or excitement when I felt when I was a kid. Bummer.
I'm truly thankful for my church family though! I absolutely love church near Christmas. Much going ons!
There was...
The ECO Christmas Party!
Happy happy faces!
Chaotic Adorable Kids.
Carolling!
And of course, Christmas day itself!
If the days leading up to Christmas was lacking in spirit for me, the day itself made up for that completely! Laughter, smiles, busy-ness. Its hard not to get caught up by everything. And everyone was so HAPPY! Its contagious! And this Christmas was extra special because my dearest cousin got baptized!
Baptism candidates.
My cousin!
My church family!
Cousin Picture!
It was a good Christmas. I'm glad I got to spend it with loved ones. They're all blessings from God in my life. I really do not know what I would do without them..
And thank You God for Your most precious gift of all, our dear Lord Jesus Christ. =) Happy birthday Jesus! Thank you for this great year..
