And so, it is only apt that a post be made to hmm...wrap up the year? Hee!
How was the year 2011 for me?
Honestly, it passed by in a blur. Only a few events strike out clearly in the haze of memories of this year.
1. The stress of both the semesters I had to go through... Followed by the agony of collecting the results slip and the wave of relief to know I passed. All glory be to God there. =)
2. Summer 2011. May til August. For obvious reasons. *wink wink* I wouldn't trade this time of the year for anything. And if you asked me if I would want to revisit it? Of course. But only once more. To live through such dear memories over and over and over would only diminish its special-ness (I can't think of a better word for that at the moment. Hee hee). Thank you for such sweet memories.
3. The little meet-ups with friends and family throughout this year. From whole day girly catch ups to simple lunches and of course, Classroom.
4. Discipleship lessons. All 16 of them over a period of 5 months? Many questions were answered and thoughts provoked. I'm glad God gave me this opportunity to have these lessons.
5. The last two months. Like du-h. Since its still fresh in my memory. Taman Negara, learning how to cook a little, Christmas season. Mhmm.
So yups, that's a short recap of 12 whole months in the life of Chan Su Ann. Nothing much? Na. I wouldn't change a thing bout this year. All that happened, bad or good, happened for a reason. And any experience lived is a gain indeed.
To the year 2012. A new year. New beginnings. New memories.
