Serving Fine Dining 101..

1. Scissors are of absolute importance. You can't have too many scissors.
2. Elson punches flowers well.
3. Ensure dress code is met - black for the day.
4. Rise and shine early for church. 
5. In the kitchen, the chef's word is law.
6. Punching cabbages are fun and apple crumble dough is buttery.
7. Pretty petals and candles do wonders.
8. It is time.
9. "Good afternoon, let me show you to your seat", "what would you like to drink", "more ice sir?", "appetizer is served" - all said with a BIG SMILE :D
10. Spoons are also of absolute importance. You can't have too many spoons.
11. Our college group runs fast and have good stamina.
12. Most of the time, nothing goes according to plan.
13. But with such helpful, awesome bunch like my churchies, it works out well in the end.
14. Leonard and Jo-Lyn washes well.
15. A job well done. A good days rest. ALL THANKS AND PRAISE TO GOD.

There were hiccups here and there but thank God for the cheerful serving hearts, cooperative diners and just for His awesome goodness.
