Proverbs 14:10

I was reading Proverbs 14 today and a verse stood out to me.

Proverbs 14:10 (NIV)
Each heart knows its own bitterness,
and no one else can share its joy.

It intrigued me. I have no idea what it meant though. And so...

I googled it! XD

net.bible.org
The proverb is saying that there are joys and sorrows that cannot be shared. No one can truly understand the deepest feelings of another.

Don't you think its so true? No matter how hard you may want to understand someone. How close you may be to that person...no one can ever truly understand another person completely. There'll always be a certain part hidden from the world. Maybe even hidden from your own self.

But God understands. =) At times...you may feel all alone. Feel as if no one cares. No one bothers. No one understands. But He's right there. Waiting for you. That thought always makes me smile.
